DAY 1: ARRIVE DELHI

Welcome to the Indian Capital. You are received on arrival at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Our representative will hand over you our India travel folder that contains all your hotel and transport vouchers, air/rail tickets, a welcome letter from our Director and a list of do’ s and don’t s while travelling in India. Evening is at leisure, overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 2: SIGHTSEEING OF DELHI

After breakfast enjoy full day sightseeing of Delhi. Delhi being the capital city is a very busy place but has many tourist attractions located in it. On the first day of landing you can pay a visit to ancient monument such as Red Fort, a huge fort red in color and famous for its archaeological value. Visit the beautiful Lotus temple, a shrine of bahay religion. It is not only a place of worship but an extremely spectacular site. Another marvel to believe is the Akshardham Temple. Famous for its architecture and musical fountains, the Aksharsham temple witnessed thousands of devotees each day. Other places of interest would include Jama masjid, Humayu tomb and the famous Qutubminar. Next day you can explore the colorfulChandiniChowk market and other economical market in the capital. After enjoying the market watch the great India Gate standing tall. Also visit the Parliament house, President House and other government buildings. After all the sightseeing enjoy the delhihaat and the Delhi chaat!

Day 3: DELHI – CHURU (260 KMS/6 HRS)

Morning leave for a half day sightseeing visit the famous National Museum, Raj ghat, Lodi Gardens and later afternoon drive to Churu. Upon arrival transfer to hotel Overnight at hote

Day 4: SIGHTSEEING OF CHURU

After breakfast drive to Churu. On arrival check-in at hotel, Freshen-up & proceed for Churu Heritage Walk covering “Dharamsputa” (A tall red stand-stone tower) & proceed towards the local Bazaar, Surana Haveli (Built by the Kothari family, Jain merchants and dating from the turn of the century), Surana Double Haveli (Also known as SuranaHawaMahal (Wind Palace), Balaji Temple (Contrasting with the plainness of the more concealed north wall. There is some gold painting above the temple door and also in the porch of the shrine) MantriChhatri (There are paintings on the basement walls and also in the dome, the latter mostly incarnation of Vishnu). Overnight stay at hotel.

 

OPTIONAL TOUR (Mandawa): Visit various fascinating mansions (havelis) that have lavishly painted walls & come back to Churu for overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 5: CHURU – KHIMSAR (240 KMS/5 HRS)

After lunch take rest and 5pm enjoy jeep safari followed by tea and beck to hotel drive to Khimsar. On arrival check-in at hotel Freshen-up & proceed for a jeep safari followed by tea.

DAY 6: KHIMSAR – NIMAJ (150 KMS/3 HRS)

After breakfast at the khimser dunesvillage,fort and drive to nimaj and take rest and dinner at nimaj hotel.

DAY 7: SIGHTSEEING OF NIMAJ

Early morning proceed for Black Buck Safari (The Panchala Black buck reserve is home to three species of antelope- the Blackbuck, Chinkara and Bluebull. Later drive to Nimaj. On arrival check-in at hotel Day is free for leisure activities at hotel. Overnight stay at

After breakfast proceed for Village Tour, “Dhani” (Hamlets) of Bishnoi, seervi and Kumawat communities, Tribal settlements) JalTarang (A Romantic cruise at ChhatraSagar Dam). Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 8: NIMAJ – RANAKPUR (160 KMS/3 HRS)

Morning after breakfast drive to Ranakpur this is the lunch time and some relax’ en-route visiting Kumbhal Fort (The most important citadel after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region). On arrival check-in at hotel Freshen-up & proceed to visit Ranakpur Jain temple (It was built during the reign of the liberal and gifted Rajput monarch RanaKumbha in the 15th century. There are four subsidiary shrines, twenty-four pillared halls and domes supported by over four hundred columns). Overnight stay at hotel

DAY 9: RANAKPUR – DUNGARPUR (200 KMS/4 HRS)

Morning after breakfast visit the local markets and drive to Dungarpur, upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 10: SIGHTSEEING OF DUNGARPUR

After breakfast proceed to visit JunaMahal (The 13th century seven-storied structure resembles a fortress with crenulated walls, turrets, narrow entrances and corridors to slow down the march of the enemy), GaibSagar Lake (A famous shrine of Shrinathji lies along the lake. The shrine is a conglomeration of several exquisitely built temples with one main temple), Rishabdeo (The 14th century temple noted for its intricate carvings and precious stone-studded idol of Lord Kesariyaji, DeoSomnath (The 12th century temple of Lord Shiva). Later drive back to Dungarpur for overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 11: DUNGARPUR – CHITTORGARH (230 KMS / 5 HRS)

After breakfast drive to Chittorgarh. Chittorgarh, also commonly known as Chittaur, was the capital of Mewar under the Rajputs.This place evokes memories of great heroism and sacrifice by Rajput men and women in intermittent battles that they fought against the invaders. What’s more to offer, are its magnificent historical monuments saying aloud its tale of glory.The fort of Chittor is regarded as one of the most exceptional forts of the country. The main reason for visiting it is its gigantic hilltop fort, which is an illustration of Rajput culture and values. Chittorgarh fort is also called as Water Fort. The fort had 84 water bodies, out of which only about twenty two exist today. These Include talabs,kundsand baories. Next is the Vijay Stambha, built in 1440 AD by MaharanaKumbha to honour his victory over Mohamed Khilji. This nine storied tower is decked by sculptures of Hindu deities around. When illuminated in the evening, the tower reflects a enticing effect and the view is worth capturing in the camera. Another marvel is the KirtiSambha, This 22 metres high tower build by a wealthy jain merchant in the 12th century A.D is dedicated to Adinathji the 1st Jain Teerthankar and is adorned by the naked figures of the Digambars. Rankumbha Palace and Padmini Palace, The ruined edifice of great historical and architectural interest, being the most substantial monument in the fort of Chittaur are not to be missed. DAY 12: CHITTORGARH – BUNDI (160 KMS/ 3 HRS)

Morning visit the local temples and local market and After lunch drive to Bundi upon arrival transfer to hotel over night at hotel

DAY 13: SIGHTSEEING OF BUNDI (160 KMS/ 3 HRS)

After breakfast enjoy full day sightseeing of bundi, the pride of Rajasthan. What awaits you here is the TaragarhFort,that crowns the crest of a steep hill overlooking the town, while the Garh Palace is located picturesquely beneath the hillside. This palace is Bundi’s jewel. Unlike most other palaces in Rajasthan, there is very little sway of mughal architecture. The Garh Palace represents a rare example of the pure Rajput style, with curved roofs topping pavilions and kiosks, a plethora of temple columns and ornamental brackets, and typically Rajput motifs such as elephants  and lotus flowers. The palace is entered through the impressive Hathia Pol assisted by two towers and adorned by a pair of huge painted elephants. The most spectacular parts of the palace are the ChattarMahal and the Chitrashala, an arcaded gallery overlooking a hanging garden. The murals in these are regarded as among the finest examples of Rajput painting.

DAY 14: BUNDI – SAWAI MADHOPUR (120 KMS/3 HRS)

After breakfast drive to SawaiMadhopur (famous for Ranthambore National Park & Tiger Reserve). On arrival check-in at the hotel. Freshen-up & proceed to visit Ranthambore National Park & Tiger Reserve. Enjoy Jeep/Canter safari to explore the jungle and tiger trails. You will have a wonderful opportunity to see the plenty of wild animals and birds including royal Bengal tigers. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel.

DAY 15: SAWAI MADHOPUR – TEHLA (120 KMS/ 2 HRS)

Early morning proceed to visit ranthambore fort and padam talab. Later drive to Tehla. On arrival check-in at hotel, Freshen-up & relax at resort. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

DAY 16: TEHLA – DELHI (by road)

After breakfast drive to Delhi. On arrival checkin at hotel. Freshen-up & proceed to visit Humayun’s Tomb (Built in 1565 AD by his grieving widow Haji Begum), QutubMinar (72 meters high and the ruins of Quwat-ul-Eslam (Light of Islam) Mosque), Jama Masjid (The most elegant mosque in India). Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 17: DELHI DEPARTURE

After breakfast drive and drop at Delhi International airport to connect the flight for onward journey with lots of good memory of Incredible India.
